Most of our pieces are made to order. This means that the items you'd order on our website are made with love in Bulgaria and not mass produced someplace far, far away! That's why it may take up to 4 business days for us to create your bijou. Once the jewelry has been printed, we will ship your order.

You should receive 2 emails regarding your purchase from BYOU 3D Bijou - the first one to confirm we've received your order and the second one to let you know it's been sent on its way to you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (BULGARIA)

For all packages delivered in Bulgaria, the shipping rate is BGN 5.00 (2.50 EUR), however, we offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above BGN 100.00 (EUR 50.00). Once shipped, your order should be delivered within 3 business days. We ship with SPEEDY and you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS including all the delivery details.

All sales are in Bulgarian Lev. Depending on where you're shopping from, you can switch between BGN & EUR currencies at top of the page. However, you will always be charged in BGN equivalent plus any fees charged by your credit card company.
